Dedicated Desks

Enjoy the consistency and focus of your own dedicated desk, available for $400/month. Perfect for those who thrive with a permanent space to call their own.

Community Seating

Flexible seating is available for up to 25 members at $150/month. Ideal for creatives, thinkers, and collaborators seeking a dynamic environment.

While we currently offer access Monday through Friday starting at 9:00 AM, we’re working towards providing 24/7 access to better accommodate your schedule.

Membership Commitment

Creatives thrive on freedom—but collaboration also requires commitment. While we’re not about rigid contracts, we do ask for a minimum three-month commitment to ensure stability, especially for the nonprofits we support through our quarterly pro bono projects.

After that, if you decide to move on, we just ask for 30 days’ notice—fair and simple.
